GENERAL SHIPPING RATES
- Standard shipping rates will be applied at checkout
- Increased rates will charged for orders shipping outside the continental US
- Expedited Shipping options may be available at an increased rate
- Currently, we only ship within the USA. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping offers. For customers within the US, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground, depending on your location. Please allow up to 5-10 business days from the shipment date to receive your order. (Please note due to the influences of the pandemic, transit times can take longer at times).
- We believe that we offer the best quality toys on the market and we stand behind our products! We understand that sometimes a product is not 100% what you had in mind, so we’re offering a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused – a product in its original packaging and unwashed or unused by your pet.
